Our Tuna Saku block is fresh frozen, individually vacuum packed, cut and trimmed from the top loins of the Yellowfin Tunas and AAA graded. Tuna Saku comes in the shape of a brick. Tuna has a mild and meaty taste with a firm and moist texture and it has a bright red color. Tuna Saku is most famous for the Tuna Tataki served in sushi restaurants. Just seared the outside, (you can use a torch) cut into slices and add some Ponzu sauce or soy sauce, some sesame seeds and enjoy a Tuna Tataki in your own home
