Tuna Poke is cut from the Yellowfin tuna in cubes of 1/2”x1/2”. Tuna Poke has become very popular by the introduction of the Poke Bowls. Poke Bowls are created using your imagination, kind of everything you like goes into a bowl with the Tuna Poke. One very traditional Poke Bowl is made with Poke Tuna, avocado, spicy mayo and scallions over a bed of rice with some soy sauce. Buying the Tuna Poke already cubed, gets rid of the work of cutting a Tuna steak or loin into cubes. Our Tuna Poke comes vacuumed packed in 1 lb bags. You can order 1 bag or as many as you like.
